Estate Supplies makes every effort to give the customer accurate and competitive prices, however due to unforeseen circumstances or low stock we reserve the right to discontinue any item and change any price whenever necessary.

All orders within the European Union will be charged VAT at 15%. Orders outside the European Union will not pay any VAT. All transactions are in GB pound sterling. All prices on Estate Supplies website  have VAT included unless otherwise stated.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, however during busy trading periods or when stock levels are low some delays may occur. You will be notified of any possible delays once we have received your order and you should allow up to 24 days for delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

Orders taken from overseas may be liable to customs and import duties, these are the responsibility of the customer and Estate Supplies  cannot predict this type of charge.

Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. We advise customers to use a registered postal service, as we cannot take any responsibility for the loss or damage to goods being returned.  Postage is not refunded

Estate Supplies  reserve the right not to offer any refund if the goods have been used or damaged after you have received the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.  (not including postage)Returns 

Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the  form which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

On receipt of the goods Estate Supplies  stipulates that a signature must be obtained. No goods will be left without a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of the goods should they miss the first attempt.

Estate Supplies will back up any manufacturer warranty as long as the goods have been used within the manufacturers guidelines and for their intended purpose.

Goods described and pictures of goods displayed on the Estate Supplies Website  may differ slightly from the goods you receive, this may be due to the quality of the photographs or alterations made by suppliers. You will wherever possible be informed of changes made to any of the products available.  You can return any items that you are not happy with within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please make cheques payable to Estate Supplies and write your cheque card number on the reverse. If you don't have an order form, please write out your order clearly on paper and post it to Estate Supplies Country Store, Dairy House Farm, Ashley, Nr Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 0QG
